Thanks...
Everybody at Domaine Armand Rousseau would like to thank the photographers and friends which participated in the esthetical elaboration of the site, in particular :

Mick ROCK de CEPHAS PICTURE LIBRARY, Surrey, Great Britain,
Günter WOOG, Dreieich, Deutschland, Jon WYAND, Great-Britain,
Jean-Louis BERNUY, Nuits-St Georges, France,
Eric FEFERBERG de l'AGENCE FRANCE PRESSE, Paris, France.

Concerning the Press Review, we would like to thank all our English-speaking readers for their comprehension of the French language, as well as all our French-speaking readers for their comprehension of the English language. Some articles have not been translated to keep the expressions which are typical of the language of each writer.

We liked...
Florence Kennel, La Revue du Vin de France, Octobre 2002 :
"without translation in English - such poetry cannot really be translated !"

James Turnbull, The Greatest Wines of France, Sept. 2002 :
" Rousseau wines are made more by experience and feeling than modern oenological science. On the paper, the basic recipe is simple : fine land, old vines, low yields, draconian sortings and long fermentations".

Note from Domaine Armand Rousseau
concerning the Press Review

Only their authors are responsible for the press articles. The articles are published as they are reviewed, without always reflecting the opinion of the different actors of Domaine Armand Rousseau. Their interest is to show the different points of view in tastings done in different conditions at different moments.
The opinion of Domaine Armand Rousseau for a certain vintage is mentioned at the end of each article on the vintages themselves… knowing that all our wines are elaborated in true respect of Pinot Noir, in true respect of Terroir … and with a lot of love !!!
